We have a crew of over sixty friendly, dedicated, and hardworking employees! Though everyone’s busy with their own tasks, they’re always willing to help and support each other. This is how our crew ensures that our operations run smoothly.

The beginning

It all started with a love of boating, Eric Nofsinger, and Ryan Christensen. Eric approached Ryan with an idea. He envisioned a series of premium lighting products for boats that would enhance visibility above and below the water. Ryan was game and able to provide access to the manufacturing element through his family’s company, Christensen Industries. The two of them officially started the company in 2015. Around the same time, Ryan got his younger brother, Rob, involved. Rob became passionate about the company and started running it alongside Eric while Ryan took over Christensen Industries. All of this has led to the fruition of Eric’s idea and allowed fellow boaters to spend more time on the water doing what they love.
